Using this Manual...
There are three types of file formats for download throughout this manual: Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Exel which are represented by icons.
If you click on the icon representing the file format of your choice, you can download that piece of the manual.
To initiate the download for either type of file, click on the icon representing the file format you wish to access. (Note the icon examples to the left.)

To download a Word file, follow the on-screen instructions to open or save the file to your computer. |

To download a PDF file, right click the icon and select "Save Target As" or open the file and select "Save a Copy." |

To download a Excel file, follow the on-screen instructions to open or save the file to your computer. |
The MS Word files and Exel files are fully editable.
The free version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded at:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
